Although Phillips Development Ltd works mainly as a sole practice, I am happy to work jointly on commissions where clients require this, or where the size and complexity of the brief makes it advisable.

Elaine Sutton BA MSc
Elaine Sutton is a specialist in learning and organisational development, working with the NHS and a range of other clients. Elaine and I have been professional support partners since 1997 and have worked together on several projects. These include a scheme to develop mentoring guidelines and training materials for trainers for a consortium of health authorities; designing and delivering performance appraisal training; team development and team building. Elaine is a licensed user of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Margerison McCann Team Management Profile. Elaine Sutton Partnership is based in London.

Sue Lee MA Chartered MCIPD MBACP
A former senior manager in a London local authority, Sue has been in private practice since 2001. She has worked with the Audit Commission and a range of not-for-profit organisations, and is an independent assessor for public appointments with the Appointments Commission. Sue is a qualified professional coach and counsellor, Chartered MCIPD, accredited psychometric tester and licensed Cognitive Process Profile assessor.

Drawing on our management and human resources expertise and our shared ethical approach to coaching, Sue and I have set up Coaching Transitions. This is a sister consultancy offering packages of coaching and HR services to organisations and individuals in times of change. Sue is based in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Sarah McLean B.Arch (Hons) 
A former practising architect, Sarah specialises in the construction sector. She has gained an excellent reputation for her project management, consultancy and training services in the public and voluntary sectors. Since 1994 Sarah and I have worked together on commissions requiring our respective skills and expertise. These include a year-long project to develop a borough-wide tenant management board; competency profiling and assessment; and organisation reviews. Sarah’s consultancy, McLean Associates, was formed in 1990 and is based in Brighton.
